Sustainability |

At Ncompass we work with you to evaluate sustainable practices by asking questions. The answers to these questions reveal much about how your project will be built to support the way you live.

What choices are economically sustainable for your family?
What are the life-cycle savings of a particular process or product? Where does that product come from, are there environmental costs, is it toxic? Can we integrate building systems to maximize efficiency and reduce waste? What can we re-use or recycle? How do we maximize the potential and comfort of a space within your budget? What personal, cultural, health, lifestyle or other needs do you have? How can you participate in the process of shaping your home and your world?

We are passionate about living sustainably. Together, we have developed Ncompass Construction to function as a sustainable sytem that supports our personal and community values. We are continually learning how to bring balance to our industry and our lives through educational workshops, peer learning, and lots of practice.

Working for You |

Ncompass Construction is a professional, full service design, build and remodel firm owned and operated by Drew Foster and Stefan Hansmire. Our goal is to re-invent the remodeling experience. We provide unmatched levels of quality, honesty, organization, communication, and professionalism among small volume design and remodel firms in Seattle. We dedicate our attention to your project until it is complete.

Controlling Costs |

Our project planning process provides each client with a full disclosure of all costs, fees and proposals so you know exactly where your money is going and how your project will be built. This cooperative approach allows you, your designer and Ncompass to control costs, explore value-engineered solutions and ensure a fair exchange of values.

Great Partnerships |

Great partnerships are built on trust and honesty. Ncompass brings a full complement of dedicated sub-contractors and design professionals to your project. Our subcontractors are trusted professionals who work as a part of our team to ensure your project runs smoothly.
